Sample City

This is what our living room floor currently looks like.  Not only is the time approaching, but the GST rate goes up on 1 October.  Nothing like a bit of motivation!

Regan went down to site tonight to check on the roof, and not only is it there, but it is also half on!  The bedroom wing is pretty much done, including down the walls.  Wow!
