The ground floor slab is now down, so the proper footprint of where things will be happening can be seen. They have also tanked (waterproofed) the concrete blocks and that has been signed off by the DCC. The diggers have been back too, connecting the foul sewer to the house area. That might have been signed off too.
They've also obviously filled the blocks and put in the steel. Apparently the structural steel for the first floor slab might go in this week.
Has the beer tap been plumbed? It's going in the garage right?
ReplyDeleteGarage??? Try the kitchen bench! And now the installation of a "kegerator" (to keep the keg cold, of course) is being investigated.
